26 Color Palette: Neutral Eyeshadow & Blush (BH cosmetics) Review

26 Color Palette: Neutral Eyeshadow & Blush
           (BH cosmetics) Review

I actually got this on Christmas but never got around too review it until now. I also said I would review a lot of other things but still haven't done them yet. I will try to post more.
When I got the package in the mail, I found that it was wrapped in Styrofoam in a midst of shred and basket fillers. It was no doubt that palette was in mint condition with no cracked eye shadows.
It was sold for about 10 dollars making each eye shadow/blush approximately 38 cents. That's a yes to budget friendly. :D
The packaging is also very nice. The cover has a matte finish making it harder to leave fingerprints/marks. I thought that the back of the cover having the same thing written as the back of the box (a list of ingredients, how to apply, etc.), in which the palette was contained, was a nice touch because you usually just see the ingredients on the portion of the packaging that you throw away.
The palette is a combination of shimmer, satin, and matte eye shadows. I usually don't use the blushes, but when I do, I use the them as eye shadows because they are all quite nude/skin toned except for 12 (see picture below). I often use 16 as a blush and 21 as a contouring powder.
The eye shadows are fairly pigmented with the matte eye shadows being almost opaque and the shimmer eye shadows being sheer. The pigmentation is also buildable, and they are all soft. All the eye shadow colors are beautiful.
The downside is that there is fallout. When I first applied some of them, shimmer was only visible on my cheeks as I tilted my head, and some color got on the base of my lashes. As time went by, the eye shadows transferred onto the area of my lower lash line near the tear duct. I also found that the colors of the eye shadows, in general, seem to mesh together after an hour. They all wear well until around 6 hours. The shimmer eye shadows seem to last the least amount of time.
The blushes are similar to the eye shadows in the soft texture and lasting power. They also have good pigmentation.

Here are the swatches: Sorry that the numbers, 1, 2, and 3, are so small and the swatches for 9, 10, and 11 being bad. :/
Notice how shades 15 and 19 are the same as well as shades 18 and 26.
